摘要:
目的 探讨糖尿病对肾动脉支架成形术疗效的影响.方法 回顾性分析85例在我科接受肾动脉支架置入术患者,根据病史分为糖尿病组(n=25,共27支肾动脉)和非糖尿病组(n=60,共67支肾动脉).分析手术过程及随访血清肌酐、血压情况,分别于术前、术后及组间进行比较.结果 糖尿病组支架置入术前、随访血清肌酐平均值分别为(132.24±33.71)μmol/L,(126.32±29.65)μmol/L,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).非糖尿病组支架置入术前、术后随访血清肌酐平均值分别为(125.02±48.13)μmol/L,(118.31±39.58)μmol/L,差异也无统计学意义(P＞0.05).两组血压随访均较术前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).但两组间结果比较无差异.结论 肾动脉支架成形术可稳定肾功能,改善血压,其疗效对于糖尿病和非糖尿病患者是相似的.
