摘要:
目的观察置入气管支架对复发性多软骨炎重度气管软化的疗效及不良反应。方法对３例复发性多软骨炎重度气管软化患者，置入５枚气管支架治疗。其中１例置入２枚管状支架于气管，１枚“Y”型支架于双侧支气管。１例置入１枚管状支架于气管全段，１例置入１枚管状支架于气管上段。结果３例患者均顺利置入气管支架，解除气管狭窄引起的呼吸困难，术后患者气促症状明显改善。结论气管支架对复发性多软骨炎重度气管软化，有良好的缓解症状，改善生活质量的作用。
