摘要:
目的检测室间隔缺损（VSD）患儿血浆脑钠肽（BNP）水平，探讨经皮VSD封堵术对患儿心功能的影响。方法收集我院膜周型VSD患儿共４５例，测定血浆BNP水平，并比较介入前后的改变。结果４５例均成功接受介入治疗，介入治疗前、治疗后５min及２４h BNP浓度分别平均为５６．５６，１１３．１６和７６．３７ng ／ml ，治疗后５min BNP浓度较治疗前明显升高（P＜０．０１），此后２４h浓度下降（P＜０．０１）。结论VSD封堵术可能产生一过性心肌损害。
