摘要:
目的通过对比胰腺癌多种治疗模式的疗效，评价胰腺癌综合治疗模式的价值。方法１２０例胰腺癌患者，根据治疗模式不同分成手术切除组、介入治疗组及其他治疗组，分别评价３组的临床疗效。结果１２０例患者总的中位生存时间９．３个月，１年累计生存率３３．４％。手术切除组（２０例）中位生存时间１５．４个月，１年累计生存率５６．４％；介入治疗组（５８例）中位生存时间８．４个月，１年累计生存率３０．７％；其他治疗组（４２例）中位生存时间９．３个月，１年累计生存率２６．３％。手术切除组与其他两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜０．０５）。介入治疗组临床受益率为４３％，其他治疗组临床受益率为３８％，两组间差异无统计学意义（P＞０．０５）。结论中晚期胰腺癌的姑息治疗以改善生活质量、控制疾病进展、适当延长生存时间为目的，介入治疗在这方面具有独特的优势，可作为首选姑息疗法。
