目的分析心、脑血管造影术后视力模糊或双目失明的病因。方法６例患者，４例曾行脑血管造影，２例行心血管造影。结果４例出现不同程度的双眼视力模糊，２例双目失明。症状出现后眼科检查：双侧瞳孔等大，对光反应正常，眼动脉较细小。彩色多普勒血流显像检查：双眼视网膜中央动脉显示清晰。当天头颅CT检查：除原发病变外，未见脑梗死及出血改变。结论视力模糊、双目失明是心、脑血管造影中非常少见的并发症，与对比剂的浓度、用量及患者本身的疾病有直接关系。
