摘要:
【摘要】 肾上腺肿瘤在人群中的发病率约为1%,手术切除是首选治疗方法。近年来许多微创介入技术在肾上腺肿瘤治疗中取得了显著疗效。微波消融术(MWA)以其创伤小、恢复快、可重复性好、安全性高、并发症少等诸多优势,已成功用于肾上腺肿瘤治疗,并得到较广泛认可。因此,MWA是未来肾上腺肿瘤治疗的发展方向之一,可改善局部症状,减轻肿瘤负荷,提高患者生活质量、延长患者生存期。本文就MWA治疗肾上腺肿瘤的原理和机制、导引方式,临床应用于醛固酮瘤、嗜铬细胞瘤、肾上腺皮质腺癌、肾上腺转移瘤的优势和不足,及相关并发症作一综述。
