【摘要】 电子计算机断层扫描(CT)引导下经皮诊断周围型肺癌技术目前已成熟应用于临床实践中,但该技术存在一定的不足之处,如无法在操作过程中完成实时监测、反复扫描可能会对患者造成辐射损伤等。近年来,CT电磁导航系统辅助下经皮诊疗技术已广泛应用于对周围型肺癌的诊断,显著提高了诊疗的质量与水平,降低了并发症的发生,其在经皮诊断周围型肺癌中的有效性及安全性得到了初步验证,尤其适用于初学者使用,练习肺穿刺技术。为了进一步优化国产电磁导航系统技术的操作规范,指导其在临床中的应用,上海市抗癌协会实体肿瘤聚焦诊疗专委会电磁导航技术专家组召开电磁导航系统规范化操作专家研讨会,从技术适应证、禁忌证、操作流程及并发症处理等方面展开认真讨论,并最终形成本共识。
