【摘要】 目的 探讨使用 70～150 μm载药微球经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞（DEB-TACE）治疗肝恶性肿瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2021 年9月至 2022 年5月中国科学院大学附属肿瘤医院使用 70～150 μm载药微球治疗的22例肝恶性肿瘤患者临床资料，观察记录术后不良反应，分析影像学资料，根据改良实体瘤疗效评价标准（mRECIST）评价术后1个月的疗效。结果 22例肝恶性肿瘤患者均成功接受介入治疗。根据 mRECIST 的评价标准，治疗后 1 个月后的客观缓解率为 81.8%，疾病控制率为90.9%。所有患者治疗后均未出现严重并发症。结论 70～150 μm DEB-TACE对于肝恶性肿瘤治疗效果好，且无明显严重并发症，值得推广。
