摘要:
【摘要】 目的 对一款新型国产机械导航辅助穿刺系统的准确性、安全性和稳定性进行评估。方法 采用小型猪完成新型国产机械导航系统辅助下穿刺(机械导航组)和传统步进式穿刺(传统穿刺组)实验。 结果 两组分别完成40例穿刺,机械导航组均1针穿刺成功,传统穿刺组均穿刺成功,但穿刺调整次数为(3.60±0.67)次。机械导航组、传统穿刺组穿刺误差分别为(3.73±1.32) mm、(4.68±1.16) mm,穿刺时间分别为(11.47±0.74) min、(19.45±3.18) min,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 新型国产机械导航系统可顺利辅助完成穿刺,穿刺误差优于传统步进式穿刺,且穿刺时间和调整次数更少。
