【摘要】 目的 探讨血管塞治疗腹主动脉瘤主动脉腔内修复术后高流量Ⅰ型内漏的可行性和安全性。 方法 回顾性分析2019年5月至9月收治的腹主动脉瘤主动脉腔内修复术患者临床资料,其中3例腹主动脉瘤术后即刻造影发现Ⅰa型内漏,1例腹主动脉瘤术后3个月复查CT发现Ⅰb型内漏。4例腹主动脉瘤主动脉腔内修复术后高流量Ⅰ型内漏患者均接受血管塞栓塞治疗。结果 4例患者分别植入血管塞1个,血管塞栓塞封堵内漏均获成功,内漏完全栓塞。术后1例腹痛症状明显好转,无穿刺口出血等严重并发症发生。 结论 血管塞栓塞治疗腹主动脉瘤主动脉腔内修复术后高流量Ⅰ型内漏操作简单安全,栓塞成功率高,疗效确切。
