【摘要】 目的 探讨关节部位主干型假性动脉瘤(PSA)栓塞治疗方法及疗效。 方法 回顾性分析2009年12月至2015年6月确诊为关节部位主干型PSA患者13例,观察介入栓塞治疗效果并总结治疗经验。术后随访3个月,观察复发情况及并发症。 结果 13例患者共13枚PSA,其中股动脉PSA 9例,肱动脉PSA 4例,均经福爱乐(FAL)医用胶-碘油混合乳剂栓塞治疗。11例患者一次性栓塞成功,2例患者经补充栓塞并完全填充瘤腔,医用胶平均用量为1.46 ml(0.5~5.5 ml)。栓塞术后造影显示1例患者出现轻微异位栓塞,但未出现远端肢体缺血情况。3个月随访期间未见再出血及治疗相关严重并发症。 结论 关节部位PSA位置特殊,治疗方法受限,经皮穿刺瘤体注射FAL医用胶栓塞治疗操作简单,安全有效,不失为一较好选择。
