【摘要】 目的 探讨C臂CT技术在经动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗肝细胞癌疗效评估中的应用价值。方法 2012年9月—2013年3月对80例肝细胞癌患者行TACE治疗时采用C臂CT扫描。通过评阅C臂CT平扫、动脉早期、动脉实质期图像及后处理图像，观察TACE治疗后肿瘤病灶存活、碘油沉积、供血动脉栓塞等情况，评估TACE疗效。结果 80例患者C臂CT扫描检出病灶139个。TACE治疗后，75例患者的128个病灶（128/139，92.09%）C臂CT扫描即时评价疗效结果满意，其中存活肿瘤较少78个、中等29个、较多21个；碘油沉积致密64个、中等39个、稀疏25个；栓塞治疗后肿瘤血供明显减少101个，无明显减少27个。结论 肝细胞癌患者TACE治疗后行C臂CT扫描，可以便捷、准确、全面的观察病灶存活肿瘤、碘油沉积、供血动脉栓塞是否完全等情况，可作为TACE疗效评估的重要手段。
