摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性Stanford B型主动脉夹层的影像学特点和应用腔内修复术（TEVAR）治疗的疗效。方法 2010年1月—2012年10月收治8例外伤性Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者，行TEVAR治疗并随访。8例患者病变均局限于降主动脉，合并肋骨骨折6例，胸椎骨折2例，胸椎骨折患者中合并截瘫1例。结果 8例患者均成功行TEVAR。7例随访6个月至2年，1例失访，无不良事件发生。结论 外伤性Stanford B型主动脉夹层损伤血管多局限，且多为单个不规则破口，TEVAR治疗可使覆膜支架完全覆盖夹层破口，疗效明确，手术安全、简单。
