摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨股动脉穿刺置管术后快速手法压迫止血的止血效果及并发症。方法 总结了一套快速手法压迫止血的方法（平均止血时间约2 min），并对324例行介入股动脉穿刺置管患者术后立即进行快速手法压迫止血，术后1 d对患者穿刺点周围的皮肤观察并行相应的触诊检查。结果 324例经股动脉穿刺置管介入术后患者均用了快速手法压迫止血，其中4例患者穿刺点周围皮下片状淤青，余患者穿刺点周围未见明显淤青，其有效止血率高达98.8%（320/324）。320例患者中6例患者穿刺点周围出现局部皮肤轻度压伤，未予处理1周后均自行修复。结论 股动脉穿刺置管介入诊疗术后快速手法压迫止血是一种省时、省力、安全、经济、可重复、环保、实用的止血方法。
