 【摘要】 目的 探讨利用平板探测器血管造影系统进行脑血容量(CBV)检查的可行性和临床价值。方法 采用前瞻性自身对照研究方法,对2010年6月至2011年3月诊断为脑缺血疾病并接受介入治疗的20例患者,采用静脉注射对比剂方法进行了灌注CT(PCT)和平板CT(FDCT)的检查,采用配对分析两种检查结果在不同部位、不同血管条件下的CBV差异。结果 20例患者均顺利完成FDCT和PCT检查,两种方法均未见明显的两侧灌注差异,但与健侧相比,患侧CBV有减少趋势。两种方法所得数据的Person相关系数为0.68,提示两者显著相关。BlandAltman 检验提示两种检查方法的同一部位差异值平均为-0.25 ± 2.79, FDCTCBV数值较PCTCBV数值略低。结论 FDCTCBV检查方法在临床上具有可行性,所得结果与PCTCBV无明显差异。FDCTCBV可以在手术全过程中提供全脑功能影像,增强了手术计划性,提高了手术安全性。
