摘要:
目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术中护士不同站位X线辐射剂量分布特点及防护策略。方法 模拟PCI术中常规操作,对标准体模进行造影曝光,采集各投照角度下护士不同站位辐射强度的大小及衰减情况,绘制辐射强度分布图。对不同投照角度下患者左腕/足位置、有/无防护舱时各护士站位点辐射剂量进行分析。结果 在相同的采集帧数下,不同投照角度产生的辐射强度与水平站位距离呈负向相关性,所绘制的辐射强度分布图可为导管室护士提供射线辐射规避指导。患者左足处护士站位点辐射强度显著低于患者左腕处站位点,差异有统计学意义(t=5.33~39.47,P<0.05); 有防护舱时辐射强度显著低于无防护舱,差异有统计学意义(t=5.31~52.96,P<0.05)。结论 辐射强度分布图可为导管室护士辐射防护提供参考,在患者左足站位点进行护理操作,可降低所受辐射剂量; 防护舱对护士站立区有明显防护作用。
