摘要:
目的 探讨半导体激光联合硬化剂治疗儿童静脉畸形的安全性及有效性。方法 回顾性分析2023年4月至2024年4月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的68例静脉畸形患儿的临床资料。分为半导体激光联合硬化剂治疗组(激光+硬化组)及单纯使用硬化剂治疗组(硬化组)各34例,比较两组患儿病灶缩小率和并发症发生率。结果 激光+硬化组总有效率为100%,显著有效率为79.41%(27/34),均高于硬化组的82.35%(28/34)和29.41%(10/34)。激光+硬化组水疱及色素沉着发生率分别为11.76%(4/34)和14.71%(5/34),低于硬化组的41.18%(14/34)和38.24%(13/34),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 半导体激光联合硬化剂治疗儿童静脉畸形具有较高的安全性和有效性。
