摘要:
【摘要】房间隔穿刺(transseptal puncture,TSP)技术起源于20世纪50年代后期,最早应用于测量左心房压力。随着心血管介入治疗的不断拓展,TSP技术已成为二尖瓣介入手术、房颤导管消融术、左心耳封堵术(left atrium appendage closure,LAAC)等手术的常规操作,并且为主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aortic valve replacement,TAVR)、室早消融术、室缺封堵术等技术提供了非常规通路。尤其是经食管超声心动图(transesophageal echocardiography,TEE)技术的普及和心腔内超声心动图(intracardiac echocardiography,ICE)的应用,提高了TSP位置的精准度。而且各类新型房间隔穿刺针的出现使得TSP的操作更容易,降低了TSP并发症的发生率。该文结合国内外对TSP技术的相关研究,对TSP的历史沿革及最新研究进展等方面作出综述。
