摘要:
【摘要】经股动脉入路外周动脉栓塞是最常用的介入治疗方法之一。经桡动脉入路与之相比,具有穿刺部位并发症少、患者舒适度及满意度高和住院时间短等优点,临床应用不断增多。但对经桡动脉入路在动脉栓塞术的临床应用、术后并发症及相关器械的研究尚认识不足。本文对经桡动脉入路外周动脉行栓塞的临床应用及研究现状进行综述,探讨目前面临的挑战,及未来发展方向。
