【摘要】 目的 比较40%碘化油与超液化罂粟乙碘油用于子宫输卵管造影(hysterosalpingography, HSG)的不良反应以及HSG术后不同时期的自然妊娠率。方法 2019年3月至10月福建医科大学附属第二医院行HSG检查的不孕患者中,288例使用40%碘化油作为对比剂,246例使用超液化罂粟乙碘油作为对比剂。比较两组患者HSG检查过程中的不良反应(对比剂逆流、腹痛、过敏反应),以及HSG术后1年内的自然妊娠情况。结果 在HSG检查过程中,超液化罂粟乙碘油组不良反应发生率低于40%碘化油组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在HSG检查术后,超液化罂粟乙碘油组及40%碘化油组不明原因不孕患者的自然妊娠率均明显提升,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用超液化罂粟乙碘油的不良反应发生率低于40%碘化油,但均可提升不明原因不孕患者的自然妊娠率。
