【摘要】 痔疮是普外科最常见的疾病之一,严重降低了患者的生活质量。内痔最为常见,主要症状是出血。过去20余年痔疮治疗方式取得了很大进展,其中超选择性动脉栓塞术作为新治疗方法,具有安全、简单、并发症少等优势,取得了良好的临床效果。然而相关报道多为小样本研究,缺乏系统介绍。本文就动脉栓塞治疗痔疮的病理生理机制、血管解剖、起源与发展、技术方法、安全性和疗效、优点和不足,技术前景进行综述。
