【摘要】 目的 探讨预防性护理干预在减少复杂颅内动脉瘤患者围手术期出血并发症中的应用效果。 方法 从2018年1月开始对行复合手术治疗的颅内复杂动脉瘤患者应用预防性护理干预方案，将此前应用常规护理的患者纳入对照组（n=22），将应用预防性护理干预方案的患者纳入干预组（n=22）。预防性护理干预方案包括实施风险评估与分级管理、预防性宣教、围手术期血压精细化管理、心理干预等措施。比较两组患者围手术期出血并发症发生率、患者知识掌握程度及患者满意度。 结果 实施预防性护理干预患者的知识掌握程度、满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.01），且并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 通过实施预防性护理干预，能够减少围手术期出血并发症发生，提高护理质量。
