摘要:
【摘要】 肾血管性高血压（RVH）作为一种不常见的儿童继发性高血压，其病因、诊断、治疗等方面仍有问题等待解决。虽然有治愈的可能性，但也可能造成儿童严重的心、肾功能损伤甚至危及生命。因此必须及时发现并给予干预。临床实践中需要合理规范的诊疗计划，根据患者具体临床情况制定个性化治疗方案，联合应用药物治疗、介入治疗或外科开放手术，以获得最好的治疗效果。该文就儿童RVH的病因、诊断、治疗进展作一综述。
