【摘要】 目的 探讨血管腔内治疗（EVT）对脑静脉窦血栓形成（CVST）伴发脑患者的安全性和有效性。 方法 回顾性分析2010年1月到2019年6月郑州大学第一附属医院采用EVT术治疗的56例CVST伴脑出血的临床资料。患者平均年龄31岁（13～58岁）。根据改良Rankin 量表（mRS）评分和Glasgow昏迷量表（GCS）评分评价疗效。 结果 56例患者EVT术均获成功。单纯窦内溶栓41例，机械取栓＋窦内溶栓15例。术后静脉窦完全再通38例（67.9%），部分再通15例（26.8%）。入院、出院90 d mRS评分分别为（3.63±0.17）分、（0.59±0.23）分（P＜0.05），入院、出院GCS评分分别为（11.04±0.39）分、（14.18±0.38）分（P＜0.05）。预后良好48例，轻度残疾4例，重度残疾1例，死亡3例。 结论 EVT术治疗CVST伴脑出血安全有效，有助于降低重残率和死亡率，改善预后。
