摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨血管内支架治疗恶性肿瘤引起的上腔静脉综合征（SVCS）的临床疗效。方法 对2015年5月至2018年5月32例进行血管内支架治疗SVCS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 31例患者手术成功，植入46枚支架，技术成功率96.9%，其中15例SVCS患者植入支架2枚，16例植入支架1枚。术后症状完全缓解11例，部分缓解19例，无效1例，总缓解率96.8%。26例患者随访3～10个月，23例随访期间死亡，平均生存期3.5个月， 4例患者随访期间症状复发。结论 血管内支架治疗恶性肿瘤引起的上腔静脉综合征创伤小，可快速缓解症状，提高肿瘤晚期患者的生存质量，可作为治疗SVCS的首选治疗手段。
