【摘要】 目的 探讨应用明胶海绵微粒经肝动脉化疗栓塞（GSMs- TACE）同步治疗肝癌伴Ⅲ型门静脉癌栓患者的安全性及临床疗效。方法 应用GSMs- TACE治疗6例Ⅲ型伴门静脉癌栓肝癌患者。患者Child- Pugh分级均为A级。术后结合影像学改变、AFP下降情况、肝功损伤情况、生存时间及术后不良反应综合评估安全性及临床疗效。结果 6例患者共行介入22（2～5）次GSM- TACE，中位介入次数为4次；中位随访时间16.5（9～33）个月，6个月后6例患者均生存，术后均无急性肝衰竭、上消化道出血等严重并发症发生。结论 应用GSMs- TACE同步治疗Child- Pugh分级A级的肝癌伴Ⅲ型门静脉癌栓患者，具备良好的安全性及临床疗效。
