摘要:
【摘要】目的分析胸主动脉覆膜支架联合八爪鱼技术治疗复杂胸腹主动脉瘤的安全性和可行性。 方法采用胸主动脉覆膜支架联合八爪鱼技术完全腔内手术治疗1例47岁复杂胸腹主动脉瘤患者。手术在隔绝胸腹主动脉瘤的同时,成功重建双侧肾动脉和肠系膜上动脉血供。 结果术后CTA复查提示双侧肾动脉、肠系膜上动脉血流通畅,动脉瘤无内漏。术后患者未出现截瘫、肠缺血并发症,恢复顺利。 结论该技术治疗复杂胸腹主动脉瘤安全可行,尚需更多治疗例数和远期随访结果观察。
