摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨基底动脉血管成形术的最佳护理措施。方法 收集2011年10月—2013年10月34例基底动脉狭窄血管成形术患者，对其入院后按照护理核心制度，悬挂护理警示标识，监测双上肢血压，术日计算入院后双上肢平均血压，术后72 h心电监护监测血压变化，将血压平稳地控制在110 ~ 120/70 ~ 80 mmHg水平。结果 34例基底动脉狭窄血管成形术患者，术前无一例出现跌倒，术后无一例出现出血等严重并发症，患者均好转出院。结论 基底动脉狭窄血管成形术术前、术后严格的执行护理制度，术前、术中、术后严格的血压等护理措施的严格执行与管理，有助于降低围手术期的并发症发生。
