摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨球扩式主动脉瓣支架经导管治疗主动脉瓣狭窄的手术配合方法。方法 对9例严重退行性主动脉瓣狭窄患者行经导管介入手术治疗，积极术前准备，充分的心理护理，术中密切观察生命体征，积极配合手术。结果 9例手术均顺利完成，患者术后生存良好，无护理相关并发症。结论 介入手术室护士正确掌握经导管主动脉瓣膜置换术的手术配合方法，术前做好患者的心理护理以及各项术前准备，术中与医师密切配合，是手术成功的保证。
