 【摘要】 目的 探讨乙醇浓度监测在CT引导下单纯性肾囊肿硬化治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 首先测定不同浓度（10% ~ 100%）乙醇CT扫描值；临床研究中，回顾性分析2006年9月—2012年8月单纯性肾囊肿无水乙醇硬化治疗108例，甲组（40例）未作乙醇浓度监测，乙组（68例）肾囊肿硬化治疗时，监测囊内乙醇浓度变化使囊肿内液体CT值达到-210 HU（为无水乙醇测得的CT值）。6个月后根据CT或超声复查结果，对比分析两组疗效。结果 实验研究中，CT值与乙醇浓度呈线性相关（r = -0.983，P ＜ 0.05）。临床研究中，甲组完全缓解23例，部分缓解9例，有效率80.0%，乙组完全缓解56例，部分缓解12例，有效率100%，两组完全缓解与有效率差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 实验研究显示CT值与乙醇浓度呈线性相关，CT引导下单纯性肾囊肿无水乙醇硬化治疗时，通过监测乙醇浓度可以明显提高治疗效果。
