摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨15例胆道支架联合支架旁125I粒子条植入术的护理方法和效果。方法 通过对15例恶性胆道梗阻患者进行胆道支架联合支架旁125I粒子条植入的护理，观察术前准备和心理疏导、术中护理配合、术后基础护理及病情与并发症的护理效果。结果 术后1周患者无任何并发症出院，1个月后随访，15例支架无堵塞，血清总胆红素、直接胆红素均较术前明显下降。结论 该治疗方法是治疗恶性胆道梗阻的一种安全有效的方法，但取得手术圆满成功及良好的疗效与护士的细心护理、精心配合与指导、密切观察病情是密不可分的。
