 【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿肠套叠空气灌肠复位技巧并分析失败原因，以期提高小儿肠套叠空气灌肠复位成功率。方法 掌握空气灌肠复位适应证，对首次空气灌肠复位失败者，镇静、扩容、解痉半小时后，行第2或第3次空气灌肠复位。复位时所取空气压力同首次。结果 104例首次整复失败者，9例接受手术，手术率8.6%（9/104），95例接受第2次空气灌肠复位治疗，复位成功率68.4%（65/95）；30例第2次空气灌肠失败者，12例（40%）接受手术；另18例接受第3次空气灌肠整复，成功5例（27.8%）。结论 首次空气灌肠复位失败者，可考虑第2次空气灌肠复位，提高总体复位成功率，避免手术治疗；2次空气灌肠失败者可接受手术治疗，不宜接受3次空气灌肠。
