摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 评价血管内支架植入对颈部动脉夹层瘤的治疗疗效。方法 39例经全脑血管造影确诊的颈部动脉夹层瘤患者接受血管内支架植入治疗，分析围手术期并发症发生情况及远期疗效。结果 28例（71.8%）患者表现为短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）或缺血性脑梗死，共植入支架60枚，其中颈动脉支架33枚，椎动脉支架27枚，12例患者（30.8%）接受多支架植入治疗，1例患者出现局部穿刺点并发症，无一例患者出现围手术期脑卒中、死亡。术后平均随访18.2个月，37例患者（94.9%）病变血管完全恢复正常，35例患者（89.7%）症状治愈或好转。结论 血管内支架植入治疗颈部动脉夹层瘤可以快速有效的恢复血管壁形态，控制或防止脑缺血症状发生，手术相关并发症发生率低，尤其适用于在抗栓治疗无效或脑缺血症状进行性加重的颈部动脉夹层患者。
