摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨泡沫硬化剂治疗儿童静脉畸形的临床疗效。方法 2011年6月至2012年4月间，对93例诊断为静脉畸形的患儿选择泡沫硬化剂进行全麻下介入硬化治疗。诊断标准为出生时病变存在或出生后出现，随着患儿年龄增长病变范围逐渐增大；病变位置表浅时表现为蓝色，体位试验阳性，MRI显示特征性表现。根据回流速度将静脉畸形分为高回流和低回流2种类型，其中高回流型39例，低回流型54例。术后随访6 ～ 24个月，平均15个月。结果 93例患儿成功进行泡沫硬化剂治疗，平均每例次应用泡沫硬化剂6.5 ml，其中24例治愈，38例基本治愈，14例有效，总有效率为81.7%（76/93）。2种类型的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）。不良反应：4例一过性视觉障碍，16例瘤体肿胀、6例皮肤色素沉着。结论 DSA引导下泡沫硬化剂治疗儿童静脉畸形是一种安全、并发症小及有效的治疗方法，对于治疗低回流类型的静脉畸形，疗效更为显著。
