摘要:
【摘要】 目的 总结头颈部静脉畸形在DSA介导下硬化治疗护理经验。方法 回顾分析2008年1月至2010年12月DSA介导下硬化治疗的60例头颈部静脉畸形患者的临床资料。结果 硬化治疗的59例患者治疗过程顺利，1例患者术中出现轻度的刺激性咳嗽，经过对症处理后消失，均无发生严重并发症。结论 介入室护士针对性地观察可能发生的问题、严密的监护、细致的护理，可减少DSA下硬化治疗头颈部静脉畸形出现不测情况的风险，同时增加患者和家属的满意度，使此项新技术能够顺利开展。
