 【摘要】 高血压是一个全球性问题，虽然现有的药物治疗取得了一定的成效，但其中的难治性高血压经正规药物治疗后，却仍然无法降至目标值。近年来，随着肾交感神经在高血压发病过程中的深入研究及导管技术的迅速发展，经皮肾动脉交感神经导管射频消融术治疗难治性高血压的尝试，为难治性高血压患者带来了新的疗法，本文就这一新兴技术的临床研究进展作一综述。
