摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 探讨C臂CT在肺小结节（直径 ≤ 3 cm）经皮肺穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法 2010年9月-2012年3月在C臂CT引导下行经皮肺穿刺活检的肺小结节55例，病灶直径1.0 ～ 3.0 cm。术前、术中及术后均行C臂CT扫描。结果 C臂CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检病理诊断灵敏度86.8％（33/38），特异度100%，无假阳性病例，假阴性率13.2%（5/38）；气胸11例（20.0％），2例行闭式引流术；咯血2例（3.6％），无需特殊处理而自愈。结论 C臂CT引导肺结节（≤ 3 cm）经皮肺穿刺活检术定位准确，能提高肺小结节穿刺阳性率，及时发现术后并发症，是值得推广的一种影像新技术。
