摘要:
目的评价术前动脉化疗对进展期胃癌细胞凋亡和增殖的影响。方法应用原位末端标记法（TUNEL）及免疫组化技术对５６例进展期胃癌肿瘤组织和局部淋巴结转移癌组织标本进行凋亡和细胞增殖检测；其中３８例行术前动脉化疗，另１８例胃癌组织作对照。结果对照组胃癌组织细胞凋亡率为４．４％±１．５％，局部淋巴结转移癌细胞调亡率为６．４％±３．５％；而术前行动脉化疗组细胞凋亡率为１０．６％±４．５％，局部淋巴结转移癌细胞凋亡率１６．６％±５．５％，两者差异均有统计学意义（P＜０．０５）。增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）的阳性率对照组为７７．８％（１４／１８），而术前化疗组为４７．４％（１８／３８）。结论术前动脉灌注化疗可促进进展期胃癌组织及局部淋巴结转移癌细胞的凋亡并抑制其增殖，可作为进展期胃癌术前辅助化疗重要方法之一。
