摘要:
疾病分型必须考虑以下情况：正确确定病变的定义、相应的病因与流行病学特点、符合病理学与解剖学的改变、有利于选择检查方法、能指导治疗方案、简单而便于记忆，参照历来分型规则、照顾已形成的历史事实。把肝静脉血栓定义为经典的（狭义的）布加综合征（BCS），承认下腔静脉的肝段阻塞性病变作为广义的BCS是比较合理的，因为病变影响了肝静脉流出道，并引起梗阻。从病理看两者也是一致的，而部位不同引起临床表现不一，治疗方法与预后都不同，符合同一种病的不同类型，并不能否定他们是同一种病。分型时还应考虑到流行病学特点，西方国家与发展中国家发病类型的不同。近年来，在中国BCS主要由介入方法开展治疗，并对治疗方法有了很多改进，基本上取代了外科手术。由我国掀起的治疗方法的改变应该归纳入新的分型方法之中。
