摘要:
作者采用经皮肝穿途径放置 Schneider-Wallstent 治疗难治性良性胆道狭窄病人1例,取得良好效果。随访18个月,病人术前的腹水、脾肿大、肝功不良等胆汁性肝硬化失代偿表现均已消失,总胆红素恢复正常。用自制“Z”形金属支架治疗恶性胆道狭窄一例,随访3.5月,病人食欲好,精神佳,总胆红素从术前240μmol/L 降至正常,全身瘙痒症状消失。作者认为:本法可避免复杂危险、创伤大的剖腹手术。由于金属支架组织相容性好,不易被胆泥堵塞,可长期保持通畅,且技术简单、介入途径灵活,适应证广泛,是一项有前途的新技术。尤其对于恶性胆道狭窄,更因其创伤小、改善症状明显而易为病人及家属接受。
