摘要:
目的 初步评价新型血流导向装置Ｔｕｂｒｉｄｇｅ治疗颅内动脉瘤的可行性、疗效和安全性。方法 前瞻性收集Ｔｕｂｒｉｄｇｅ血流导向装置治疗的１４例患者共１４枚动脉瘤的临床资料。１４枚动脉瘤中未破裂动脉瘤１３枚，破裂动脉瘤１枚。结果 本组共植入１８枚血流导向装置，均成功输送并释放，技术成功率１００％。６枚动脉瘤采取血流导向装置结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗，即刻栓塞结果按Ｒａｙｍｏｎｄ分级，Ⅰ级２例，Ⅱ级１例，Ⅲ级３例；８枚动脉瘤单纯采取血流导向装置治疗，３枚动脉瘤术后瘤体充盈体积明显减少，所有动脉瘤的造影剂充盈方式改变，瘤内对比剂明显滞留。本组未发生技术相关出血性和缺血性并发症，出院时ｍＲＳ评分０分１３例，１分１例。结论 Ｔｕｂｒｉｄｇｅ血流导向装置治疗部分特殊类型颅内动脉瘤，即刻疗效满意，短期内安全性高，长期疗效和安全性有待于进一步评价。
