摘要:
报道１例多破口复杂假性动脉瘤，经三维DSA明确诊断，在DSA引导下行假性动脉瘤瘤腔内凝血酶注入治疗，效果不佳，后改为DSA引导下纤维蛋白封闭剂注入，取得良好的治疗效果。假性动脉瘤在介入治疗中的发病率不断上升，病变程度日益复杂，本文结合病例讨论复杂假性动脉瘤的诊断和治疗方法，为临床假性动脉瘤的诊疗提供帮助。
