摘要:
目的分析和评价主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）在急性心肌梗死（AMI ）合并心源性休克患者治疗中的应用效果。方法从２００３年１月１日至２００７年１２月３１日收集在IABP支持下行冠脉介入治疗的AMI 合并心源性休克患者３６例，应用统计学方法分析IABP的治疗效果。结果应用IABP治疗合并心源性休克的AMI 患者可使患者的心率、血压趋于稳定，即刻病情改善率为５０％。３０d、３个月的病死率分别为４１．７％，４７．２％。结论应用IABP支持AMI 合并心源性休克患者的冠脉介入治疗安全、有效。
