摘要:
目的探讨多学科技术联合 １２５ Ⅰ治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的疗效及不良反应。方法１８例癌性梗阻性黄疸，A组９例，采用经食管逆行胆管引流（ERBD）术后CT引导下植入 １２５ Ⅰ粒子，B组９例，术中植入 １２５ Ⅰ后行胆肠吻合术，２个月后观察经两个方案治疗后缓解率并复查肝功能。结果A组肿瘤缓解率为４４％，B组肿瘤缓解率为５６％，两组肿瘤缓解率差异无统计学意义（P＞０．０５），肝功能恢复也无明显差异（P＞０．０５）。结论多学科技术联合 １２５ Ⅰ治疗癌梗阻性黄疸有较好疗效，术中与CT引导下植入对于肿瘤缓解率、肝功能恢复无明显差异，CT引导下植入患者术后恢复较快。
