摘要:
目的探讨肝脏炎性假瘤的DSA影像特点及其诊断、鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性研究我科２００２年５月至２００７年３月１２例术后病理证实的肝脏炎性假瘤患者的DSA造影表现，并将相关影像资料进行对照分析。结果１０例患者为肝脏单发占位病变，２例多发；动脉晚期病灶开始显影，在实质期及门静脉期，７例病灶周边染色明显，呈环状，中央区对比剂充填较淡，５例病灶不均匀染色。结论DSA是肝脏类性假瘤诊断和鉴别诊断最有用的方法之一。
