【摘要】目的 分析经皮左心耳封堵器植入术中穿刺房间隔后SL1鞘轴向对手术效率的影响。方法 研究对象为2019年1月至2021年1月华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院因非瓣膜性房颤行Watchman左心耳封堵器植入的64例患者。回顾分析术中首次房间隔穿刺成功后SL1鞘的轴向。根据SL1鞘造影剂射流方向对准左心耳的部位,将所有患者分成:上缘组、中间组和下缘组,对各组数据进行比较。结果 64例患者均成功完成手术,上缘组手术时间、透视时长、放射线剂量明显小于中间组和下缘组,中间组的3项指标小于下缘组,下缘组手术和透视时间及放射剂量最大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 行Watchman左心耳封堵术中,穿刺房间隔后SL1鞘轴向对准左心耳上缘或中间部位能明显提高手术效率。
