摘要:
【摘要】 部分脾动脉栓塞术（PSE）作为脾功能亢进患者的重要治疗手段，与外科手术相比具有侵袭性小、脾保留率高、住院时间短等优点。以脾脓肿为主要形式的感染，是PSE术后严重的并发症之一，甚至可导致死亡。然而，目前有关PSE术后感染的研究报道较少。是否应该采取预防性抗感染治疗措施及如何实施，仍是有争论的问题。本综述中探讨了PSE术后感染的原因和可能的影响因素，减少PSE术后发生感染的策略，以及抗生素和疫苗预防性抗感染的价值。
