【摘要】 目的 探讨臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液治疗VX2肿瘤的有效性和安全性。方法 构建新西兰大白兔VX2肿瘤模型72只,随机分为4组(各18只)。超声导引下分别予瘤内单次注射0.9%氯化钠溶液(A组)、单次注射臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液(B组)、2次注射臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液(1次/d,连续2 d,C组),3次注射臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液(1次/d,连续3 d,D组),剂量均为2倍肿瘤体积。治疗前、治疗后每间隔4 d检测肿瘤大小及从心脏采血3 mL。计算肿瘤生长率,检测血常规、肝肾功能变化。结果 各组肿瘤体积于各时点均不同程度增大,但B、C、D组肿瘤生长率均明显低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组最低(效果最佳)。各组各时点间血常规及肝肾功能变化比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 臭氧化0.9%氯化钠溶液瘤内注射可安全有效地抑制肿瘤生长。
