摘要:
【摘要】 动脉性下消化道出血是临床常见急症之一,具有较高的发病率和死亡率。既往内科药物治疗和内镜治疗被作为一线治疗,但仍有部分患者因内镜无法到达空回肠或难以发现出血部位未能达到止血目的,进而转为外科治疗。然而由于剖腹探查创伤大,部分患者出现血流动力学改变,难以耐受手术,或术中难以发现出血部位,无法精准切除病变肠管,从而延误治疗时机。近年随着DSA技术和同轴导管技术快速发展和应用及栓塞材料进一步完善,介入栓塞治疗在动脉性下消化道出血中应用逐年增多,并扮演着不可或缺的角色。该文就动脉性下消化道出血介入治疗研究进展作一综述。
