【摘要】 目的 探讨远程视频会诊在支架体外开窗腔内治疗主动脉弓夹层中的方法和效果。方法 通过电子邮件将患者病史和DICOM格式主动脉CTA影像资料传送给会诊专家,会诊专家进行术前评估并制定体外开窗手术方案,术中通过网络信息服务平台实现实时视频手术指导。结果 共对4个中心4例主动脉弓夹层且累及弓上分支血管患者实施远程视频手术会诊。手术技术均获成功,未发生围手术期并发症。手术医师均表示远程视频会诊可取得与现场手术会诊相同的效果,认为该方法加深了手术者对支架体外开窗技术要点的掌握。 结论 通过远程视频会诊方式实施主动脉弓夹层支架体外开窗治疗,有助于提高治疗时效性,促进技术推广。不久的将来有望逐步取代现场手术会诊。
